For school pupils art represents a fantastic arena for making discoveries, being inspired and challenged and engaging with topical issues. Our programmes for schools are a chance to experience all of this, or simply to see how a “culture factory” like Museion operates, meet the people who work here and take a peek behind the scenes. Throughout the school year Museion offers a range of projects and activities for pupils of all ages, from pre-school through to secondary.

Every year more than 12,000 children and young people attend Museion programmes, which have come to represent an authentic resource for teachers and educators. The programmes aim to enrich the school curriculum by providing hands-on activities, and the chance to have fun, while learning about contemporary art.
