Let’s sit together!

With the sessions and Picnics, the MUSEION Art Club invites creatives from the region to share and further develop their practices, experiences, and activities in NOBODY’S VILLAGE within three thematic blocks. Visitors and those interested can participate in the public sessions, learn about various forms of creative work, and actively contribute to shaping them. The Picnics serve as the final moment where, through shared time, food, drink, and conversation, the experiences from the sessions are revisited and presented once more.

Session 1: Dynamics of Creation

with TEKNONSTOP, SirGulliver Art, Elis Gislimberti

Communities are created and gatherings organized, we bring people together and design experiences: Our session will serve as a guide to organizing a legal and official music event. We will focus on the dynamics between the organizer and a secondary participant, such as a visual artist or stage designer, and discuss the collaborative approach to creating something together.

Session 2: Paths of presence

with AMA, Trigger Collective and many more

After learning how to come together, this session’s diverse program focuses on how to be together and create together. Let’s explores the ever-changing nature of sound production and (political) community work. How do we bring together sounds, materials, and people? What potential lies hidden within these assemblages and diverse realities? Does improvisation create new realities, and what do they look like? Can we endure the dissonance that comes with bringing different elements together?

Experience the broadness of practices and discourses around sound, music and clubbing, all leading to one clear conclusion: Though there are many paths, everything is connected.

Line-Up

16:00 / Assemblea Sonica by Matteo Pra Mio (Polisfonia)

Assemblea Sonica (Sonic Assembly) is a workshop developed by Polisfonia in collaboration with designer Enrico Tarò to facilitate dialogue on political concepts using sound production and music as a medium. Designed for public spaces with spontaneous participation, it transforms political arguments into a creative and engaging experience, making it more accessible and dynamic. Everyone is invited to bring all kinds of Instruments to the Workshop!

18:00 / Conversations on Safe Spaces with Alice Oceanicmood (Cipria / I)

To address the urgent need for fostering an inclusive and hate-free clubbing environment in Bolzano, AMA invites Alice Oceanicmood, DJ and founder of the Cipria crew in Padova, to share her insights. Since 2012, Cipria has been dedicated to creating a “safe space” through music, serving as a creative hub that has inspired a generation to dance, while promoting the importance of inclusivity in events and redefining the role of women in club Culture. Although Cipria’s roots lie in its club nights, the initiative has expanded into a broader platform for creative expression, content creation, social awareness, and education.

19:00 / Discomfort Dispatch #53 Ubiquitous impronoise series

Discomfort Dispatch is a transnational Do-It-Together (DIT) series focused on experimental improvised music. Started in 2016, it evolved into a decentralized structure fostering spontaneous events without hierarchies or territorial limits. The format brings together musicians for 20-minute duos without rehearsals or planning, promoting diversity, hybridization, and artistic experimentation.

TBC / Bataria a batteria by Jack Slow

Jack Slow, in addition to curating the visuals for the Discomfort Dispatch, will present a sound performance during the evening using sculptures made from waste and discarded objects.
Born in Trentino, he is an artist of many faces: tattooist, illustrator, sculptor, and sonic explorer. His art evokes the folklore of a post-apocalyptic world.

Session 3: Long live the fringe that dies everyday

with Trigger Collective and DJ Balli, DJ Scud

Hacked devices, hacked dispositifs, house concerts, informal networks, things not used as they’re supposed to, radical improvisation. This is not only music, fuck music, breakcore as a method, what is garbage, exactly? Punks, algoraves, tangled cables and tangled lives, long live the fringe that dies everyday. Embrace sonic discomfort, embrace failure, spontaneity, chaotic patterns, decentralization, just do it yourself.

Line-Up

16:00 / In conversation with Trigger Collective

Let’s have a conversation on the DIY approach to music, covering production, distribution, networks, and social interaction, based on the experience of Trigger Collective. Following this, there will be a “Show us your screens” live coding session.

17:00 / Show us your screens - live coding session

Live coding is like hacking in real-time: coding on the spot, with everyone watching, where every keystroke shapes the music. No rehearsals, just coding on-the-fly, where errors are part of the thrill. It’s coding as performance, a digital dialogue with the computer where the code is the instrument itself. Andrea and Ardan from Trigger Collective will talk about their personal experiences in the live coding field, showing their system and providing examples on how they create musical performances with code.

19:00 / BREAKCORE IS BACK ? !

(You decide whether this is a silly question or a statement).
What’s sure is DJ Scud from defunct London based Ambush Records is back again with DJ Balli Sonic Belligeranza Records to answer or, most probably, elude this issue with a talk, followed by a DJ-set exploring the origins of breakcore 1993-97 & more.

Password: Of course strictly speaking breakcore n’as jamais existe!

PICNIC: Echoes of Existance

IF THERE ARE HUMANS IN 2000 YEARS THEY WILL STILL GATHER AT TABLES
Food & Scenography by Pleisure and Ulrike Buck, curated by CUT

19:00–20:00

Dr. Hanzo Live Performance “3x3x4”
curated by AMA

What is the power of communities, and what effort is required to keep them intact?  The picnic will become a space for sharing and being together, echoing the self inside a community taking shape. The evening will open with IF THERE ARE HUMANS IN 2000 YEARS THEY WILL STILL GATHER AT TABLES, a performative meal based on mushrooms by Pleisure in an installation with ceramic sculptures on a painted table cloth both by Ulrike Buck. People are invited to move around the table and to activate the installation by discovering and tasting food constellations in the edible landscape.

After the dinner, Dr. Hanzo invites the community to experience the unpredictable in his live performance “3x3x4.” He has created a machine designed to produce astonishment—a MIDI sequencer built from LEGO Technic components and 3D-printed elements. Mechanical levers, driven by servo motors from toy airplanes, relay instructions to a synthesiser, generating unique and unrepeatable soundscapes.

Pleisure

Pleisure (Francesca Lantieri, Valentina Fantini, Valeria Conti) is an itinerant project based in Milan that focuses on the performativity and rituality of the table and of the act of eating itself to create collective shared experiences and communities.

Ulrike Buck

Ulrike Buck is an artist and curator based in Berlin. Her ceramic sculptures are “resonant bodies” that she combines in environments that celebrate community and the tradition of crafts.

CUT

CUT is a curatorial project that promotes artistic research and production activating spaces for encounter and dialogue. It was initiated in 2021 in South Tyrol by Leonardo Cuccia and Maximilian Pellizzari.

AMA - Art Music Architecture was founded in 2022 by a group of friends working in the cultural sector as an association for social development. AMA creates space for experimentation, built on passion and community, and offers artists the opportunity to share their practice through workshops and events. At our hopeful oasis, “spazioama” in Bolzano South, we strive for inclusive and hate-free clubbing on a monthly basis, exploring the diversity of electronic music.

TEKNONSTOP is a crew (Kilian Gramegna, Alina Fischnaller, Dominik Bruczynski) participating in the underground scene, promoting legal tekno parties in South Tyrol. The project was created in 2018 as a DJ crew and became an event in 2023, our self proclaimed ‘year of the raver’. We organize experiences, inviting well named artists of the contemporary and forward thinking scene, creating save party environments and doing prevention work on site.

Trigger is an informal collective. We like playing with sounds, images and other signals. We prefer fringe means and goals, we prefer a punk and diy attitude. We organize events seeking for contamination and collaboration, fostering spontaneous transnational networks. We often misuse devices (or hack them, if u wish) ¯(ツ)/¯. We have been a collective since 2021, we live in trentino.
