Museion Art Club is proud to present the publication TALKING PAST EACH OTHER (Aneinander vorbeireden / Parlare unə accanto all’altrə) at the Turin International Book Fair, one of the most prestigious international stages for contemporary literature.

The publication will be presented as part of the program “The Discovery of the Netherlands”, which celebrates the Netherlands as Guest of Honour at the 2025 edition. It is the result of an artist-in-residence project that took place in Bolzano in two phases (17 February–9 March and 17–31 March 2025), exploring the dialogue between poetry and food, language and identity. The residencies featured Gershwin Bonevacia, poet, performer and former city poet of Amsterdam, and Daniëlle Zawadi, a second-generation Congolese-Dutch writer and spoken word artist.

Talking Past Each Other is an intimate and playful publication – a journey through words, encounters, and culinary performances. Starting from the idea of misunderstanding – often seen as a barrier to communication – it reimagines it as a potential space for connection and spontaneous poetry; a creative gesture of mutual discovery between the Netherlands and South Tyrol.

This event confirms Museion’s commitment to being a dynamic and creative space that supports youth creativity and fosters dialogue between diverse experiences – in this case through a project that intertwines art, language, and everyday life. The ability to absorb external influences and return them to the local community in the form of new insights, connections, and reflections enriches the territory with a spirit of collective engagement.
