International Family Day

On the occasion of International Family Day, Museion opens its doors free of charge to visitors, with a special focus on families. Highlights include a special kit for exploring current exhibitions and 1:1 concerts in collaboration with six music students from the Maria Hueber Gymnasium in Bolzano.
The public will be able to request at Museion’s info center the Family Tour, an educational tool aimed at children for an independent and fun enjoyment of the current exhibition RENAISSANCE. Through a hands-on creative activity of assembling discarded materials, boys and girls will be able to build their own work of art and take it home with them.
In addition, from 3 to 5:15 pm, everybody is invited to experience music blind dates as part of the over-regional educational project “Kulturforscher*innen”: 6 music students from the Maria Hueber Gymnasium in Bolzano will share with the participants an intimate and very special moment inside the exhibitions. The musicians will give a short 10-minute 1:1 concert to a single person, who can fully immerse themselves in the sound experience. Concerts are free of charge.
