The Museion Media Façade lights up with a video by Barbara Gamper.

The screenings are part of the “unlearning categories” exhibition that showcases over sixty works by local artists from the collections of the German Culture Department of the Province of Bolzano. For her new work, Barbara Gamper focuses on her installation that is currently displayed at the exhibition in the shape of a large coloured tapestry.

Through the movement of the camera that explores the details of the tapestry and its relationship with the body, the video plays with the concepts of distance and proximity, contact zones and interpenetration. The huge surface of the Museion façade therefore restores the dynamism of the continuous mutation created by the artist by projecting it onto the urban space.
