Content & Communication Manager

Your Tasks

​•Concept development, writing and editorial management of textual and informational content for the museum’s institutional communication channels (digital and print, including website, newsletters, social media and institutional publications)
​•Planning, coordination and oversight of external communication activities and institutional relations with cultural partners and media​
•Preparation, maintenance and regular updating of informational and educational materials related to the museum’s programmes and activities​
•Close collaboration with the Director, curators and the Marketing & Communication department to ensure consistent and coherent dissemination of institutional content and key messages​
•Support in the preparation of presentations, informational texts and accompanying materials for events, initiatives and institutional meetings
​•Coordination of external collaborators and service providers, as well as support in the planning and management of communication-related budgets
​•Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of communication activities and the museum’s public visibility, with the development of concrete proposals for improvement

Your profile

•3–5 years of relevant professional experience in institutional communication, cultural communication or corporate communication, preferably within artistic or cultural contexts
•Excellent writing and editing skills in Italian and German; very good English skills and strong linguistic sensitivity
•Proven experience in content management, coordination of communication activities and collaboration with external stakeholders
•Very good knowledge of MS Office applications and familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital communication tools
•Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills, high level of accuracy and reliability, and the ability to work independently and with a strong sense of responsibility
•Structured, solution-oriented working style with a high degree of organisational autonomy and initiative
