Sonia Leimer, the Space Junk we don’t see

Even if we cannot see them, in the universe there are over a million items of space waste, left over from past, forgotten projects. Practically, an entire museum of technology in outer space. Occasionally, some of this junk falls to earth. In accompany her Space Junk exhibition at Museion, the artist Sonia Leimer talks about this archaeology of waste, about the consequences of technology and digitalization and what else is concealed from our sight, deliberately or not.
